USING OUR SERVICES

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services. Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct. Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Zephyr Rugs may modify these terms or limit, cancel, prohibit rentals, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time for any reason. However, Zephyr Rugs will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to these terms by posting a notice on the site or sending an email to the email address you provided to Zephyr Rugs upon registration.

PUSH AND EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

As part of the services, Zephyr Rugs may send reminders, alerts (“Notifications”), or critical service-related Notifications via Email to its users, and you acknowledge and consent to the receipt of such messages.  By agreeing to these terms, you certify that you are the account holder of the mobile phone number provided to Zephyr Rugs or that you have the account holder’s express permission to use the specified email to receive Messages about your account from Zephyr Rugs. If you agree to receive tracking updates through Zephyr Rugs delivery updates via email, you will receive Messages when your rug is out for delivery, delivered, or encounters an exception or delay. You understand and agree that Messages sent to your email may be generated using automated technology. Your consent to receive Messages is not required to make a purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency based on account orders. You acknowledge and agree that the reception of emails is not 100% guaranteed. You further acknowledge and agree that the reception of emails are dependent on the operation of your Internet service provider and the service of the mobile phone company and internet service provider with which you have an account or prepaid card. Zephyr Rugs shall have no responsibility or liability for the damages and costs incurred by you not receiving an email on time or by the insufficient operation of your internet service provider. You may opt out of receiving email Notifications at any time. Opting out of email Notifications can be completed on the email by clicking 'Unsubscribe' and after that, you will receive no future  Messages.  Do not use such Services in a way that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws.

ZEPHYR RUG CONTENT

Content provided “as is.” All content and information available through the services, including but not limited to product descriptions and specifications, product photos, advice from Zephyr Rugs and photos and comments from other users (“Zephyr Rugs Content”) is available to you on an “as is” basis and is to be used for general information purposes only. Such information is provided on a blind-basis, without any knowledge as to your identity or specific circumstances. The Zephyr Rugs Content is provided with the understanding that such information does not constitute professional advice or services.
